This role ensures systems operate reliably, meet customer requirements, and comply with industry standards Responsibilities Install, configure, and testCCTV/IP camera systems, NVRs/VMS platforms, and networked security devices Install and serviceaccess control systems(card readers, door hardware, controllers, biometrics) Diagnose and repairintrusion alarm systems, sensors, panels, and communication modules Performpreventive maintenance, system inspections, and firmware/software updates Run, terminate, and labellowvoltage cabling(Cat5/6, coax, fiber) Read and interpretblueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics Provide onsite and remotetechnical supportto customers and internal teams Document service activities, parts used, and system configurations Ensure compliance withsafety standards, company policies, and local regulations Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to resolve complex issues Qualifications Experience with electronic security systems (video, access, intrusion) Strong understanding ofIP networking, switches, PoE, and basic routing Ability to use diagnostic tools (multimeter, cable tester, laptop-based utilities) Knowledge of lowvoltage wiring standards and installation best practices Strong problemsolving and customer service skills Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver’s license; ability to lift equipment and work on ladders
