Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

This is a contractor position for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to install above‑ground pools across the state. Blue World Pools, Inc. seeks a reliable, high‑volume installer who can maintain a full schedule of quality installations. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years installing above‑ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. (This position is not for general laborers or unskilled workers). Crew: Must have at least one reliable, full‑time helper. Equipment: Access to a full‑size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential‑sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. (Equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but must be provided; tools are not supplied). License & Insurance: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one). We can refer to partners with affordable monthly payment plans if needed. Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200‑mile installation radius, completing 20-30 pools per month. Training & Onboarding: All qualified installers will complete a 3‑day on‑the‑job training program with a current installer to learn our specific build process and verify precision grading skills. Compensation Average earnings: $1,400-1,600 per daily pool install (average install time 6-8 hours for a 24' round pool). Some installers make up to $30,000 per month. Bonuses: $500 Sign‑On Bonus. Additional $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to the first 25 pools). Extra $1,000 per week when you complete 5 installs in a week.
