Processing Associate

Last minute catering, no problem. Our in house produce processing facility, Christine’s Cuts, we got you covered. We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. ** Essential Functions: **

• Wash, peel, trim, cut, and portion produce items per daily prep lists and company guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of prep areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper glove use, handwashing, and equipment cleaning
• Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, OSHA and Food Safety regulations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Be able to work well independently
• Active listening skills
• Be extremely reliable and dependable, on time and eager to work and learn
• Open to feedback and able to accept constructive criticism with a growth mindset
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Speak and write English satisfactorily

** Schedule: **

• Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
• 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Pay Rate:

• $16.00 - $18.00/hour

** Physical Demands: **

• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time
