Primary Care RN or LPN

Overview Find your calling at Mercy! Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete. Location: Mercy Clinic Union/Saint Andrews, 97 Saint Andrews Dr, Union, MO 63084 Schedule Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630 No nights, weekends, or holidays! Training and hybrid option: Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings. Responsibilities Work closely with Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. Utilize Epic EMR system for patient interactions and documentation. Qualifications LPN Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing. Licensure: Active LPN license. Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred. RN Qualifications: Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree. Licensure: Active RN license. Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred. Preferred Skills Proficiency with Epic EMR system. Timely and thorough patient triage skills. Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work). Excellent time management and prioritization. Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
