Brand Manager - MAC TOOLS, Remote United States of America Position Overview The Brand Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategy for MAC Tools, supporting product launch planning, product messaging, packaging, and general marketing project management as a remote employee. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to create a vision for the future of the brand and establish a roadmap to elevate brand positioning. Support brand marketing campaigns, including content and full campaign toolkit creation, optimizations, and reporting. Work with cross‑functional teams and vendor partners to deliver improved end‑user experience across online and offline touchpoints. Maintain Mac Tools Brand Standards documents and circulate as needed. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and marketing members to plan, develop, and deliver dynamic, world‑class content. Work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Product Management to recommend and develop ways for the brand to partner and drive business growth. Partner with Product Management to gain insight into user segments and create benefit‑driven campaigns for core and new product categories. Qualifications 3+ years of brand marketing experience. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (plus). Experience in brand campaign development and execution. Experience launching brand campaigns, developing content & messaging strategies, leveraging insights and AI to drive decisions, optimizing and reporting on performance. 20% travel required.
