Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide valuable support in a vibrant educational setting. With two temporary positions open, you will have a direct impact on students and collaborate with staff to deliver top-tier behavioral analysis services. This contract position is fully onsite and offers the chance to support the needs associated with maternity leaves during the upcoming school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid California credential with BCBA authorization
- Previous experience in a school-based environment is preferred
- Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Proven skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to implement evidence-based strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on behavior management best practices
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings to review student progress and refine approaches
