Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active COTA license in California required
• Prior school-based occupational therapy experience essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt activities and interventions for elementary-aged children
• Comfort with onsite responsibilities and professional collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to an elementary caseload in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to facilitate student participation and skill-building
• Document sessions and progress notes per school and state requirements
• Adapt therapy activities and interventions to fit the educational environment
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute expertise during team collaborations
• Maintain compliance with all school district and California OT guidelines

This contract role runs from August 13, 2026, through June 9, 2027. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. All interviews for this opportunity will be conducted via Zoom, streamlining the process for your convenience.
