Pipeline Construction Foremen - Death Valley Project - Per Diem + Paid Travel + Hotel - Up to $38/hr - Death Valley, CA Blue World Construction, Inc. is seeking experienced Pipeline Construction Foremen for a long-term wet utilities and pipeline installation project in Death Valley, California. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising field crews, planning daily operations, and ensuring safe, high-quality work in challenging outdoor environments. Ideal candidates are strong leaders with extensive pipeline or civil construction experience, a team-first mentality, and a willingness to travel for extended assignments. Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly wage: $30-38 per hour Overtime opportunities Per diem provided while traveling Company-paid lodging (hotels, Airbnbs, or similar) Paid travel time and transportation (airfare or other as required) Paid training and certifications Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Professional development and advancement opportunities What You’ll Need 7+ years of hands-on civil, utility, pipeline, industrial, or heavy construction experience Previous experience leading construction crews Strong experience with underground utility or pipeline installation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience operating construction equipment Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Willingness and ability to travel and work away from home for extended periods Ability to work safely and effectively in hot, outdoor environments Strong communication and organizational skills Pre-employment and random drug testing; annual physicals as required What Will Make You Stand Out HDPE pipe fusion experience and certifications Water and wastewater pipeline experience Pressure testing and disinfection experience Heavy civil/site work, welding, fabrication, rigging, and lifting experience Concrete construction experience Environmental remediation or industrial/process piping experience OSHA 30 or OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certifications Competent person certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Job Shop
