Safety Coordinator

I'm helping a client find a Contract Safety Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This could be a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career and looking to build experience in safety, compliance, transportation, or operations . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and paperwork, and willing to learn. Previous DOT or safety compliance experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities include: Maintaining driver qualification and compliance files Coordinating drug & alcohol testing and required documentation Conducting Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews Tracking employee certifications and expiring documentation Maintaining compliance records and reports Assisting with driver onboarding and other administrative tasks Updating databases, fleet records, and internal systems Nice to have: Previous experience in transportation, logistics, fleet, safety, HR, or compliance Familiarity with DOT regulations or driver qualification files Experience working with confidential employee records Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills If you're organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to learn and grow—orknowsomeonewhomightbeagreatfit— I'dlovetoconnect! #J-18808-Ljbffr
