About the role Growth at WorkOS spans the entire customer journey. From a developer's first API call to enterprise deployment, you'll identify where customers find value, where they get stuck, and how we help them grow. You'll own activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention across the platform. You'll define how we measure success, build our experimentation practice, and partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to drive meaningful business outcomes.
