Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role supporting high school students in a specialized environment designed for those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other learning differences. In this contract position, you’ll play a pivotal part in fostering independence and communication skills, supervising an SLPA while working on-site for 32.5 hours per week. The setting is uniquely tailored to provide personalized, supportive education outside the traditional classroom, focusing on real-world skill building and holistic progress.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid SLP MA License
• Experience or clinical fellowship in pediatric and/or school-based SLP practice preferred
• Passion for working with students with ASD or diverse learning profiles
• Strong communication and collaborative skills, especially in supervisory roles
• Commitment to creating inclusive and individualized learning plans

• Supervise and collaborate with an SLPA to deliver high-quality services
• Develop and implement tailored speech-language interventions in a high school setting
• Contribute to a team approach, communicating regularly with educators and families
• Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies to meet evolving needs
• Document services and progress in accordance with district policies and standards
• Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that empowers students toward independence
