Position: Sales Business Development Representative (BDC Agent)
Gallatin Ford/CDJR is immediately hiring Business Development Representatives to join our growing team! If you're driven, professional, and customer-focused, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.
What You'll Do
Handle all incoming customer communications (phone, email, text)
Build relationships with prospective customers
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Follow up with leads to generate showroom traffic
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses
Our BDRs average $20+ per hour
