We’re a fast-growing, locally trusted High-End remodeling company in Cranston, RI looking for a high-energy, self-motivated door-to-door sales rep ready to hustle and earn based on results — not a time clock. What You’ll Do: Walk local neighborhoods and business districts Start conversations with homeowners, real estate agents, and business owners Drop off marketing materials and generate qualified leads Build local referral relationships Help position us as the go-to contractor in the area What You’ll Earn: - $50-$200 per qualified appointment - $250–$1,000 bonus per closed deal - Tiered commissions for top performers - Flexible schedule - Weekly support, training, and marketing materials provided - Opportunity for growth into marketing, estimating, or leadership What We’re Looking For: - High-energy personality with confidence to knock and talk - Self-motivated — no babysitting needed - Strong communication and people skills - Reliable transportation and a smartphone - Previous sales or D2D experience a plus (but not required) Ready to earn what you’re worth?
