Schedule:
Night Shift:

• 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• 12-hour rotating schedule.
• Every other weekend scheduled.

What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality wire and cable products for customers around the world.

This is more than a button-pushing role. We're looking for individuals who can think critically, identify issues, make adjustments, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate complex manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, product quality, and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and operational checks.
• Monitor production processes and make necessary corrections to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and mechanical measurements to verify product quality.
• Read and follow work orders, specifications, procedures, and production instructions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and equipment performance.
• Accurately complete production, quality, and traceability documentation.
• Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to resolve issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Participate in cross-training and ongoing skill development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn and operate complex manufacturing equipment
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and production standards.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in real time.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, including medical marijuana testing.

Preferred Experience:
We strongly encourage candidates with experience in the following areas to apply:

• Manufacturing machine operation.
• Industrial equipment setup and adjustment.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand up to 12 hours per shift.
• Walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Push and pull materials weighing up to 66 pounds.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Frequently bend, squat, reach, grasp, and manipulate materials.
• Climb step ladders as needed.
