Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, production uptime, and safe operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems and industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintain and repair diesel-powered forklifts and material handling equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and operational standards
• Document maintenance activities and communicate ongoing equipment issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience repairing diesel-powered forklifts required
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
