OTR Dry Van CDL-A Driver - 2 Weeks Home, Sign-On Bonus

Job Overview HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for Dry Van positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile. Qualifications Active CDL Class A license Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents Compensation And Bonuses Solo Drivers Base pay: 65 cents per mile Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile $2,500 sign-on bonus Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home 99% no touch Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250 Team Drivers Base pay: 77 cents per mile Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile $10,000 sign-on bonus Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home 99% no touch Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k retirement plan Paid vacation and holidays Orientation, clean inspection, and referral bonuses Flexible home time 24/7 support team Ongoing training and development Equipment Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old.
