An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic compassionate and motivated Deputy manager to join our welcoming 11-Bed care home for older adults. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside management in delivering a high quality, person centred care within a supportive and homely environment. As Deputy manager you will play a key leadership role ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and dignified care while supporting and developing our dedicated team. Ensuring high standards of care, quality assurance and clinical governance are maintained. Eligible for registration as a Supervisor with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Minimum of SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent (minimum required for registration with SSSC) Willingness to undertake further training to at least HNC level An additional supervisory or management qualification containing supervision or management.
