Travel Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

MN Signature Care | Travel Position | $25.00–$27.00/hour

MN Signature Care is seeking dependable and compassionate Travel HHAs/CNAs to support our 12 assisted living communities throughout rural Minnesota .

This is a true travel position and is not assigned to one facility. Team members travel between our communities based on staffing needs and must be comfortable working different locations and shifts. Assignments may require being away from home for up to one week at a time .

Our Travel HHA/CNA team provides additional support to our communities when and where they need it most.

Under the direction of licensed nursing staff, Travel HHAs/CNAs provide compassionate care while supporting residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Assisting with meals, nutrition, and hydration

• Providing medication assistance/reminders as trained and delegated

• Providing companionship and social engagement

• Assisting with light housekeeping

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition

• Completing required documentation

• Following resident care plans and community procedures

• Communicating professionally with residents, families, and team members

• Travel to any of our 12 assisted living communities throughout rural Minnesota

• Reliable transportation

• Flexibility to work at different communities and shifts based on staffing needs

• Ability to be away from home for up to one week at a time

• Ability to adapt quickly to different communities, residents, and teams

• HHA/CNA experience preferred but not required; paid training provided

• CNA certification preferred for CNA-designated assignments

• Ability to successfully complete required background screening

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

• Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently

• Strong communication and time-management skills

Schedules and locations vary based on community needs. Typical shifts include:

• AM: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• PM: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Overnight: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
