Labeling Systems Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Labeling Systems Analyst in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Labeling Systems Analyst to support the maintenance and tracking of product labeling data across a global pharmaceutical environment. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure labeling information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business needs throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Labeling Systems Analyst will support labeling data maintenance, tracking, and quality review processes
• Coordinate labeling updates and lifecycle management activities
• Analyze complex data and provide reporting and business insights
• As a Labeling Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify and resolve process, system, and data quality issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to labeling operations
• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environment
• Experience in Labeling, Regulatory Affairs, or related functions
• Strong business analytics and data management experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Experience with labeling, document management, or regulatory tracking systems preferred
• Knowledge of global regulatory processes and compliance standards is a plus
