We are seeking a full-time Butler to support operations at two sales office locations. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong customer service skills, and a polished appearance. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. $63,000.00 yearly Full-time Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the office, including opening and closing duties. Set up and maintain the sales gallery (lights, audio-visual systems, etc.). Greet and assist clients and visitors, offering food and beverages to ensure a comfortable experience. Assist with broker lunches, client meetings, and various events. Prepare and present snacks, beverages, and assist with external catering for events. Manage meeting room setup and assist with office events. Collaborate with the receptionist on daily activities. Maintain and restock inventory for kitchen and beverage supplies. Support sales associates by preparing and delivering marketing materials, handling mailing packages, and making necessary office copies. Ensure the sales gallery, kitchen, and bathrooms remain clean and organized throughout the day. Maintain inventory and order office and kitchen supplies as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 2+ years of customer service experience. Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail.
