Accountant Position

This is a remote position. Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial management. Experience with LIHTC, QuickBooks, and accrual accounting is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions and accounts, Prepare financial statements and reports for review, Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes, Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards, Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role, Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is a plus, Excellent financial acumen and attention to detail If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for numbers and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our finance team.
