CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a rehabilitation and long-term care environment. The CNA will work closely with nursing staff to support patient safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while contributing to positive patient outcomes.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Day Shift
• Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $18.09 - $21.10 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Current state certification as required
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or hospital experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Measure and record vital signs as directed
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
• Support nurses with basic patient care tasks and documentation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Consistent three-day weekly schedule
• Competitive pay rate of $18.09 - $21.10 per hour
• State or federal ID required upon arrival
• Photo badge must be worn at all times
