VP, Quality EngineeringRapid7 is seeking a VP, Quality Engineering to define and drive the global vision for our quality engineering organization. This leader will spearhead the shift from traditional software quality assurance to a highly automated, proactive engineering discipline embedded across our continuous delivery pipelines. This role focuses on scaling high-performing teams, accelerating product delivery velocity, and embedding robust reliability measures across our enterprise cybersecurity platform.About the TeamThe Quality Engineering team builds the scalable frameworks, automated toolsets, and testing infrastructure that guarantee the resilience of Rapid7’s global security solutions. This team drives measurable business impact by shipping resilient code safely, maximizing engineering efficiency, and ensuring flawless operational experiences for our customers.About the RoleReporting directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, the Vice President, Quality Engineering will define and drive Rapid7’s multi-year quality engineering strategy.
