Risk Services Officer

Risk Services Officer We are looking for driven, customer services professionals to join our Risk Services team. The Risk Services Officer is responsible for delivering high quality, front‑line service through in-depth knowledge of our risk products and services. The position contributes to Capricorn Risk’s business growth objectives by providing accurate domestic quotes, processing changes to existing member protections, and offering administrative support to both members and internal stakeholders. What you’ll do Provide personal protection quotes for members. Generate certificate of currency for members. Process adjustments to member protections and endorsements. Process memberships. Manage a high-volume inbox with competing priorities to ensure customer expectations are met. Proactively identify opportunities to collaborate with the Risk Sales team to resolve issues. What you’ll bring Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening. Proven problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively. Ability to handle escalated customer inquiries effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience Previous experience in a customer service related role. Contact Centre experience is highly desired.
