We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our early childhood education center. This role works closely with center leadership, teaching staff, children, and families to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality learning environment. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the child care center. Greet families and visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule tours, and provide excellent customer service. Support enrollment, registration, attendance, billing, and recordkeeping. Maintain accurate and confidential student, family, and employee records. Assist with licensing, compliance, and required documentation. Support classroom operations as needed to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. Assist with family engagement activities, center events, and community outreach. Collaborate with teachers and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
