Account Executive, Client Services
The Account Executive, Client Services position is responsible for oversight of our season ticket program, season ticket renewals, corporate partnership fulfillment & activation, and for inbound sales & service.
Season Ticket Member Services
Provide excellent customer service to Season Ticket Members throughout the year, including fulfillment of member benefits and management of account needs. Serve as the point of contact for Season Ticket Member questions, including online portal support; communicate member benefits and how to use them. Assist in running our Season Ticket Membership events.
Season Ticket Member Renewals
Own the renewal of Season Ticket Members for the upcoming season by communicating benefits and renewal incentives while identifying opportunities to upsell accounts. Assist with any questions about our autorenewal program.
Corporate Partner Service & Activation
Provide excellent customer service to corporate partners with sponsorship agreements. Assist in execution of sponsorship activations across baseball season and offseason events.
Inbound Sales & Service
Assist with inbound customer inquiries across channels, closing and upselling sales opportunities by providing tours, hospitality visits and in-seat visits. Work with sales team to hit targets.
Characteristics/Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales & customer service is preferred. Prior experience with Tickets.com platform is preferred. Excels at building relationships. Creative, self-motivated and desire to grow within industry. Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), Google Doc/Forms & CRM Databases. Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate with other departments. Strong work ethic & dedication. Assist with other game-day activities as assigned. Ability to work long hours including weekends, holidays & evenings for baseball games & non-baseball events.
