Hiring: Workday Extend Developer Location: Mountain View, California Remote Candidate must be comfortable working PST hours Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and workflow solutions using Workday Extend. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Workday Extend applications to automate HR operational workflows and consolidate legacy HRSS tools.
- Create dynamic UI layouts, custom objects, field components, and data models using the Workday Extend App Builder framework.
- Develop and configure custom Business Processes (BPs), validations, approvals, and business rules.
- Utilize Workday Orchestrations to automate multi-step HR processes and minimize manual intervention.
- Integrate Workday Extend applications with Workday business objects and external systems.
- Implement error handling, notifications, exception management, and workflow validations.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Perform development, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Contribute to modernization and consolidation of legacy HRSS applications using Workday Extend.
