Title: Phlebotomist I
Contract Duration: 12+ months.
Hrs/Wk: 40.00hrs
Location: 1 Sylvan Pkwy, Buffalo NY 14228
Pay Rate: $18/ Hr to $21.00/ Hr on W2.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Additional Job Details: Candidate must have reliable transportation.
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
State of Credentials Licenses Required: NYS certification or experience
Shift/Time Zone: Site: 5am-1:30pm
