Full-Time Paraprofessional (Onsite – Pre-K / Elementary)
Location: Westminster, CO 80031
Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a local school to fill a position for the upcoming school year. as a Pre-K Paraprofessional
Our education staffing agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate paraprofessional support to students in a school-based setting. This is a full-time, onsite role working within Pre-K classrooms, with responsibilities that may include both 1:1 student support and classroom-wide assistance
Key Responsibilities
•Provide 1:1 and classroom support to students in Pre-K/elementary settings
•Assist the lead teacher with instructional and behavioral support strategies
•Support students with mild, moderate, and severe behavioral needs
•Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
•Reinforce positive behavior interventions and classroom routines
•Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and support teams
•Assist with transitions, activities, and daily classroom operations
Qualifications
•Experience working with elementary or early childhood students required
•Previous paraprofessional, aide, or behavioral support experience preferred
•Comfortable working with students exhibiting a range of behaviors (mild–severe)
•Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
•Ability to follow behavior plans and support individualized learning needs
•High school diploma required; additional education/certifications a plus
