Inside Sales & Call Center Manager

In this hands-on leadership role within a fast-moving healthcare company, you will drive sales growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and ensure high-quality service across long-term care, hospital, and broader healthcare markets. You will directly train and manage the inside sales team, organize daily calling schedules, and actively coach performance to build a high-performing sales unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Lead inside sales activities, including outbound outreach, lead follow-up, account development, and customer retention
• Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members, establish performance goals, and monitor productivity and results
• Account Development: Identify opportunities to expand product utilization and coordinate with outside sales to support key accounts and new business
• Product Knowledge: Ensure the team understands the nutritional supplement portfolio and communicates product information accurately using approved resources
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing for a collective outreach approach
• Performance Management: Track key metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and implement improvements to sales effectiveness and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and call center management
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Healthcare, clinical nutrition, nutritional supplements, or healthcare distribution experience preferred
