Entry Level Bilingual HR Assistant Full time or Part time

Description

As HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our HR department. You will assist with various administrative tasks, help maintain employee records, and support recruitment and onboarding processes. 

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Help coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other employee engagement activities.
• Assist with benefits administration, reference checks, background checks, and random drug testing.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Support other HR projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Full time or Part time Available (Flexible Schedule)
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• 6 months – 1 year of previous experience in HR support preferred
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Paylocity experience preferred
• Proficiency in (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capable of managing multiple, simultaneous projects
• Flexible team player with a Positive Attitude

Pay Info:

$20/per hour
