Medical, Dental, Vision, Bonus programJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager's responsibilities will include:Daily supervision of Maintenance staff members, including delegation of work orders, special projects, and time management techniquesInspection and oversight of existing and completed work ordersHVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and all other service requestsMentoring and training new and existing maintenance staff membersInvolvement with interviewing and selection of new maintenance team membersProvides written monthly energy management recommendations for the buildingIdentifies capital improvements and obtains required estimates/bidsAssists in budget preparation for maintenance expensesQualificationsExperience in hotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering, with 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team.Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers, and H.V.A.C. or EPA Universal Certification.Excellent customer service and computer skills.Ability to create a team, mentor, and train a teamProven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and experience with capital projects.Additional InformationVillage Green is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultivating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
