What You'll Do

Assist surgical teams during procedures with competence and professionalism
Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
Perform scrubbing duties for surgical procedures
Ensure cleanliness and proper disinfection of endoscopes and equipment
Support department operations and daily activities
Maintain clinical knowledge, skills, and credentials
Adhere to safety and infection control standards
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and safety
Handle specimens and assist in maintaining compliance with hospital policies

What You Need
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in Surgical Technology
2+ years of relevant experience
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and adaptability

Preferred:

Experience in a surgical or hospital setting
Knowledge of infection control protocols
