Job Description

Title: Physical Therapist

Schedule: Day Shift, 5 x 8s, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (depends on ½ hour lunch or 1 hour lunch). No Call.

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice: Required
• 2 years of experience required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient physical function and mobility to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on exercise, home care, and injury prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
