Supervisor Logístico y Transporte Garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de la flota de transporte mediante la supervisión de la operación logística, el seguimiento al mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los vehículos, y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad vial y operativas, asegurando la continuidad, eficiencia y calidad del servicio de distribución. Requisitos Cualificado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica o carreras afines. Experiencia en logística, transporte, mantenimiento automotriz o cargos relacionados. Manejo y control de flota vehicular. Conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Seguimiento de rutas y monitoreo GPS. Manejo de documentación y normatividad de transporte. Competencias Liderazgo Planeación y organización Atención al detalle Sentido de urgencia Trabajo en equipo Orientación a resultados Funciones principales Supervisar la operación logística y el cumplimiento de rutas. Coordinar mantenimientos de la flota propia. Realizar seguimiento a novedades de transporte y entregas. Verificar documentación legal de vehículos y conductores. Garantizar el cumplimiento del PESV. Controlar inventarios, herramientas y banco de llaves. Coordinar proveedores y talleres autorizados.
