Lead Specialist, Cloud Security

Salary: $114,095 - 268,180 per year Requirements:

• We require at least five years of recent cybersecurity experience, including cloud security, governance, risk management, security operations, or cloud architecture in complex enterprise settings.
• We require a bachelors degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a closely related field.
• We need strong technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, IAM, Wiz, CSPM/CNAPP platforms, ServiceNow CMDB, firewall governance, and Tufin.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale AWS and Azure environments, including CSPM/CNAPP programs, multi-account governance models, and cloud security operating frameworks is essential.
• We are looking for solid experience with vulnerability management, compliance, exception governance, KPI/KRI reporting, and risk-based remediation initiatives.
• You should be able to influence stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional remediation efforts, and deliver measurable security and governance outcomes.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• We manage cloud security posture across AWS and Azure, including reviewing, prioritizing, remediating, and reporting on security risks, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps.
• We support secure adoption of cloud and AI-enabled services by implementing security baselines, guardrails, policies, and risk assessments across cloud platforms.
• We oversee cloud asset governance, including inventory accuracy, ownership accountability, lifecycle management, CMDB compliance, and visibility into unmanaged resources.
• We govern firewall security operations through Tufin and related tools, ensuring policy compliance, risk reduction, audit readiness, and issue remediation.
• We manage cloud and firewall security exception workflows, including risk acceptance, compensating controls, renewals, reporting, and regulatory adherence.
• We act as a key liaison between cybersecurity, engineering, infrastructure, application, and risk teams to strengthen security governance and reduce risk.
• We coordinate and oversee Cyber Managed Services delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality execution through collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, and global delivery teams.
• We lead operational governance for managed services, including incident, problem, and service request management, with timely triage, escalation, resolution, communications, and SLA adherence.
• We oversee change and release management, operational escalations, and offshore/onshore delivery coordination while managing risks, dependencies, resource needs, and service improvement efforts.
