Business Partner de Recursos Humanos (HRBP) en BairesDev Brindar orientación y apoyo estratégico de RRHH a líderes y equipos empresariales. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de gestión del talento, incluyendo reclutamiento y retención. Colaborar con la gestión para abordar problemas de relaciones con empleados y dar coaching. Facilitar iniciativas de cambio organizacional e impulsar programas de desarrollo cultural. Analizar métricas de RRHH y proporcionar insights para apoyar la toma de decisiones basada en datos. Apoyar procesos de gestión del desempeño e iniciativas de desarrollo de empleados. 3+ años de experiencia en roles de HR Business Partner. Conocimiento de prácticas de RRHH, derecho laboral y desarrollo organizacional. Fuertes habilidades de consultoría y construcción de relaciones. Experiencia con análisis y métricas de RRHH. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno dinámico. Nivel avanzado de inglés. Trabajo 100% remoto: trabaja desde tu casa o donde quieras. Compensación en USD o en tu moneda local, como prefieras, muy por encima de la media del mercado.
