responsibilities:

• Take ownership of residential ADU projects from permitting and planning through final completion and homeowner handoff

• Keep projects moving by coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, inspection and day to day site activities

• Oversee every phase of construction, from site work and foundations to framing, finishes and final punch lists

• Be the go to person for homeowners, providing clear communication and a 5 star customer experience
  
  
  
• Read plans, solve problems proactively, and make decisions that keep projects on track and profitable
  
  
  
• Bring proven experience running ground up residential construction projects, along with a Massachusetts CSL; ADU or Design Build experience a plus
