LHH is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization as the seek an experienced Buyer to join its Procurement team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and material planning to support multiple fabrication and field operations locations throughout Texas. Responsibilities Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance Obtain and analyze vendor quotations for materials, fasteners, and fabricated products Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements Create and manage purchase orders for assigned commodities Monitor market trends and pricing to support strategic purchasing decisions Partner closely with Fabrication, Operations, and Project Management teams to maintain production schedules Establish and maintain inventory levels and replenishment strategies Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or material control experience Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Professional, team-oriented approach with a high level of integrity Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
