This role designs and delivers engaging workouts, offers modifications for diverse abilities, and monitors safety and proper form. Instructors build welcoming, inclusive environments that reflect the Y’s mission and values. You’ll motivate participants, maintain clean and organized spaces, and collaborate with wellness staff to promote programs, member engagement, and personal growth within the community-focused YMCA environment.
