Equipment Operator I

Warehouse Equipment Operator Our client, a leading distribution and supply chain company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Equipment Operator for their Plainfield, IN facility. This role supports daily warehouse operations and requires hands-on experience with multiple types of industrial equipment. Contract Details: Duration: Approximately 6 months (1,040 total hours) Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:30 PM (subject to change based on business needs) Location: Plainfield, IN (on-site) Travel: None required Key Responsibilities: Operate Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift equipment safely and efficiently Perform daily warehouse tasks including picking, staging, and material movement Flex across multiple warehouse functions based on operational demands and coverage needs Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures Work independently with minimal direct supervision Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience operating Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift Resume must clearly reflect relevant industrial equipment experience (resumes without this may not be considered) Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment Forklift certification(s) Experience working in flexible, cross-functional warehouse roles About the Role: This position offers the opportunity to work with a well-established company in the supply chain and distribution industry.
