Position Overview Line Cook – Luxury Senior Living Fine Dining Experience at The Craig Community, 5500 SW 9th Ave, Amarillo, TX 79106.Pay Range: $15.24–$21.00 hourly.Flexible schedule. No late nights or rotating weekends.Daily instant pay, generous PTO, paid holidays, referral bonus, tuition reimbursement, scholarships. Responsibilities Prepare all food items per menu requirements following designated recipes. Prepare plates and garnish food items to be served to residents and guests. Coordinate food production with meal service hours to preserve quality, temperature, and appearance. Ensure food safety by monitoring temperatures, using proper storage techniques per state and local standards. Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary condition, including cleaning cooking equipment and other kitchen areas as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience as a prep cook or similar position. State certification in Safe Food Handling and Sanitation (if required by state). Equal Opportunity Employer.
