We are seeking a driven, results-focused Senior Business Development Specialist to directly generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in the BPO sector. This is an individual contributor role . The ideal candidate thrives in a hunter environment , is confident engaging senior business leaders, and excels at building relationships that open doors to long-term business opportunities. Position Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage senior decision-makers as prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, events, and networking. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to position our products and services effectively. Research and map potential accounts to identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans. Build, nurture, and maintain relationships that lead to closed deals and recurring business. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations. Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine outreach and positioning strategies. Track, report, and maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and deal progression. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in B2B business development with a focus on prospecting and closing new deals. Strong “hunter” mentality within the BPO sector, self-motivated, persistent, and goal-driven. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver against targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable business opportunities. Important : This is a new business generation role . You will not be leading or managing salespeople. Success will be measured on your ability to create, develop, and close opportunities. The Ideal Candidates For This Position Are Highly Motivated And Dedicated And Should Possess The Below Qualities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus) 5+ years of proven success in B2B business development, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry Demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and close new business with senior-level decision-makers Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and account mapping Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach and proposals Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and track activity Skilled in conducting market and competitor analysis to inform strategic outreach Self-starter with a hunter mentality, driven, persistent, and focused on results Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally Strong presentation skills and confidence in delivering pitches to executive-level audiences Comfortable using digital channels (email, LinkedIn, virtual events) for outreach and engagement Compensation Details WANT AN EMPLOYER THAT VALUES YOUR CONTRIBUTION? Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
