Senior Litigation Attorney | Easton, MD (Hybrid) | $130,000 to $200,000 | Medical Malpractice, Construction and Tort Defense
\n \nYou know the expert. Testifies three times a month. Always for the plaintiff. Has a slide deck for every occasion. After ten years you can usually see the cross examination before the report even lands.
\n \nThat instinct is what a national civil defense firm wants in its Easton office, and I'm the recruiter helping them find it.
\n \nThis is a senior seat for an attorney with 10 or more years in medical malpractice, construction or tort defense. You'll defend medical malpractice, general liability and personal injury matters, run them independently from suit to settlement or trial, and work for clients that range from Fortune 100 companies to individual business owners.
\n \nThe firm has multiple offices across various states plus DC, and its lawyers have appeared in courts in more than 35 states and territories.
\n \nThe pay is $130,000 to $200,000. That range is wide because they're hiring across two levels: a strong senior litigator near the lower end, and someone with a deep medical malpractice or construction trial record toward $200,000.
\n \nIt's hybrid, with 401(k) profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, short and long term disability, FSAs, holiday pay and flexible schedules.

- Medical malpractice, where the experts make or break the case. \n
- General liability and personal injury. \n
- Motions, memoranda, depositions and trial preparation, all owned by you. \n
What you bring

- A JD and an active Maryland license. \n
- 10 or more years defending medical malpractice, construction or tort claims. \n
- DC bar or transferable UBE scores is a plus. They'll happily consider one bar. \n
