Associate Attorney | Easton, MD (Hybrid) | $120,000 to $150,000 | Insurance Defense
\n \nMost associate jobs want a narrow resume. This one is a little quirky. Two to four years of insurance defense, plus a file or two in employment, healthcare, environmental or construction? That mix is exactly what I've been asked to find. I'm recruiting for a national civil defense firm that's growing its Easton office.
\n \nWhy Easton?

- It's the county seat of Talbot County on the Eastern Shore. You get Shore living with a national client list behind you. \n
- $120,000 to $150,000 at 2 to 4 years. \n
- Hybrid, so the week is split between home and the office. \n
What's the work?
\n- \n
- Insurance defense across general liability, personal injury, product liability and professional liability. \n
- Clients from Fortune 100 companies to individuals and small business owners. \n
- Motions, memos, deposition summaries and trial prep. \n
- The direction of travel is clear: running files yourself from suit through to settlement or trial. \n
What are they looking for?
\n- \n
- A JD. A Maryland license is preferred. \n
- 2 to 4 years in insurance defense. \n
- Some exposure to employment or healthcare law, and to environmental or construction litigation. Don't tick every box? Talk to me anyway. \n
