Senior Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney in Pensacola, FL, to lead and expand its family law practice. Duties Advise clients on legal rights and draft legal documents. Analyze case outcomes using legal precedents. Manage a caseload of complex family law cases. Handle child custody disputes and divorces independently. Represent clients in court, including motions and trials. Negotiate settlements in mediation or informal settings. Conduct legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions. Collaborate with team members, including paralegals. Requirements Experience in family law. Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively. Demonstrated history of career excellence and client service passion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software. Advanced knowledge in client confidentiality and legal compliance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Zoom and video conferencing. Education Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree Active Florida Bar membership Skills Strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Empathy and compassion for clients.
