Counsel - Litigation (Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation)Locations:Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Francisco, CAA well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join its nationally recognized Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Practice. This role offers the opportunity to represent public and private sector clients in complex real estate, property rights, land acquisition, and condemnation matters.The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation experience, excellent legal writing skills, and the ability to independently manage significant matters from inception through resolution.
