Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Files: Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify Information: Order third-party documentation including credit reports, title searches, appraisals, and employment verifications.
- Coordinate Workflow: Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and clear any conditions required for final approval.
- Communicate: Keep borrowers, loan officers, and real estate agents updated on the status of loan files in a clear, professional manner.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines and federal/state mortgage industry regulations.
- Experience: Prior experience in mortgage processing, banking, administrative support, or finance is preferred, but not required.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing financial documents and data entry.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily client interaction.
- Tech-Savvy: Microsoft Office Suite
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet strict closing deadlines.
- Competitive hourly pay up to $22.00/hr
