Bilingual Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish and will have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance; paid time off (PTO), including vacation and sick leave

Responsibilities:

• Review financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) prepared by our bookkeeping team
• Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies, providing feedback to our bookkeeping team
• Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by clients and management
• Enter invoices, bills, checks, and deposits into QuickBooks, as needed
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Calculate and file sales tax returns
• Assist with occasional bookkeeping projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Typing speed of 55+ WPM
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
