You will provide patient focused care to help our patients feel better FAST! Services include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant can lead a small team while working in a high volume and fast‑paced urgent care environment. We offer comprehensive training, a complimentary pediatric urgent care CE course, and continuous on‑call support from an NP to help you grow into the role. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to all patients within scope of practice. Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.) Suturing Splinting General orthopedic evaluations/management Review of x-rays over‑read by a radiologist General dermatology General eye problems General EKG interpretations Emergency management skills General GYN expertise Treating children of all ages Occupational medicine Telemedicine Schedule MainStreet Clinic Hours: Open extended hours, 7‑days‑a‑week. Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend. Week 1: Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON). Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF).
